LinkedIn will give you a copy of your connections as a CSV file. It is free, it is official, and it is worth knowing exactly what it contains before you rely on it.

Go to Settings & Privacy, then Data privacy, then Get a copy of your data. Choose Connections rather than the full archive if you only want the list, because the smaller request is prepared much faster.
LinkedIn emails you a download link. The connections-only file usually arrives within minutes; the complete archive can take a day.
First name, last name, the company and position they had when you connected, the date you connected, and their profile URL. Email addresses appear only for connections who have chosen to share them.
The job titles are a snapshot, not live data. Someone who changed roles two years ago still shows the old one, which is worth remembering before importing it into a CRM.
